Spicy, flavorful burgers that you can serve on a bun, in a lettuce wrap, or fork & knife style! You can also make your own mayo!
For the burgers:
1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
2 tbsp almond flour (can use breadcrumbs)
2 tbsp coconut aminos (can sub soy sauce)
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
¼ cup chopped cilantro
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
Place ground turkey in a bowl. Add all ingredients and fold in gently. Do not overmix. Divide into four equal patties and flatten to 1/2 inch. Grill on direct medium heat for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve topped with sriracha mayo and slaw. Add avocado for healthy fats and added flavor! Slaw can easily be made by taking any chopped slaw and mixing sriracha mayo with it.

Once your mayo is complete, mix with the following ingredients:
4.5 tbsp sriracha
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Additional salt to taste
